Adam Nevius: An Avid Snowmobiler

Adam Nevius is a professional builder who, over the course of his twenty-five year career, has established himself as a skilled craftsman with his tools, and an excellent businessman with his construction company. He is committed to excellence on the job, and employs a crew that bring incomparable attention to detail to every job they take on. “Our customer relations are second to none,” Adam Nevius says.

When he finds the time to get away, Adam Nevius is also an avid snowmobiler. There are over 225,000 miles of groomed and marked snowmobile trails in North America that have been developed by volunteer clubs working with local government and private land owners, and Adam Nevius is familiar with many of those miles. “I have snowmobiled from Wisconsin to the Adirondacks,” he says. “I have even spent time in Quebec, Canada.”

Snowmobiling is big business in the United States, accounting for $26 billion every year. That figure includes annual sales by snowmobile manufacturers, and the money that snowmobilers inject into local businesses.

Adam Nevius enjoys competing on his snowmobile. “I’ve been a part of the I-500 races in Eagle River, Wisconsin.” Eagle River has an abundance of snow every year and has a network of outstanding snowmobile trails that wind through forests and across frozen lakes. The town bills itself as the snowmobile capital of the world.

Adam Nevius says he likes Polaris snowmobiles the best, for their power and performance. “We put 250 to 275 miles on per day when we ride.”
